Owner questions

How much can I earn?

Daily rates vary based on property type, location, and production budget. Typical ranges: €500-€2,500+ per day for residential properties. SpainOnSet negotiates competitive market rates on your behalf.

Is my property protected?

Yes. All productions must carry comprehensive liability insurance covering property damage and contents. We verify insurance certificates before sharing your address. You also sign a location agreement specifying terms and restrictions.

How often will my property be booked?

This varies by property type, location, and season. Some properties book monthly, others a few times per year. You control your availability calendar and can block dates anytime.

Do I have to leave during shoots?

This depends on the production and your preference. Some owners stay on-site, others prefer to leave. You discuss this during negotiation and specify it in the agreement.

What if something gets damaged?

The production's insurance covers damages. Document your property's condition before and after (photos/video). Report any damage immediately. The production is responsible for restoring your property to its original condition.

Can I reject a production request?

Absolutely. You have complete control. You can reject any request for any reason. You're never obligated to accept a production.

What about my neighbors?

Professional productions are experienced in working quietly and respectfully in residential areas. You should inform your neighbors in advance. We can provide a neighbor notification template.

Is there a fee to list my property?

No upfront fees. Listing is completely free. SpainOnSet earns a commission from successful bookings (typically 10-20% of the location fee) to cover verification, negotiation, contract management, and full coordination support.
