Are properties insured during filming?
Yes, we require all productions to have comprehensive liability insurance covering property damage. We manage tripartite contracts that clearly define insurance requirements, responsibilities, and coverage limits.
How do you verify productions?
We verify all productions before sharing sensitive property information. This includes checking company registration, previous work, references, and insurance coverage to protect property owners.
Can I list my property if it's not in the Canary Islands?
